I’ve purchased many different remanufactured ink cartridges and have had a lot of bad experiences as well.THAT CANT BE SAID HERE!I’ve nothing but great things to say. They came properly sealed and included the instructions in case needed. It was an easy pop out the old and pop in the new, bang, done!My wife prints a lot of recipes so we thought these in cartridges wouldn’t last but after close to 150 pages of color and black and white the levels have barely went down.I expect to have these and not need to buy any replacements until next year some time. When I do need to replace them I will buy these again, mainly bc I know exactly what I’m getting and know I won’t need to return em bc they sucked.Great product!!!

I was afraid this wouldn't offer the same print quality as the "usual" (not re-manufactured) toner, but the quality is the same. Considering how much I saved in getting this, this will be my go-to brand.

I ordered a set of these with the printer so I'd have more ink, and the time finally came to change them out. I bust open the first pack, get it in there, the black cartridge works fine but the color has NO cyan ink whatsoever.I order another set, labeled brand new from the manufacturer, and I received a set that had it's box opened and it's color cart already cut open and used, returning the product soon. The company has since reached out to me to offer me a replacement order free of charge, I'll update the review again to reflect the quality of the replacement from customer service.UPDATE: Customer service did in fact, send me a new set of cartridges from the factory, and these were unopened, and worked just fine. I stand by my rating for having to go through customer support in order to get a functional product, but I will add a star for the customer service rep who went above and beyond for me.

I purchased the 2 pack (1 Black & 1 Color) and the color cartridge would not work in my Canon MX490. Printer said to install a FINE cartridge. After comparing the ink jets on the Cartridge, I see that the ChinGer had packaged the wrong cartridge in this kit. Now I have to go to Walmart and get the correct color cartridge. The photos attached show the ChinGer and a different aftermarket supplier's correct cartridge. The photo with the lighter background on the nozzles is the ChinGer, you have to look close, but they do not match up.

I purchased this a couple of months ago with the anticipation that I will eventually upgrade my ink cartridge. 4 months later I finally got around to replacing the OEM. Come to my surprise that both cartridges do not work. I instantly receive an error from the printer stating that the new cartridge is not recognized. Bad on me for waiting this long to try it out but a very misleading product. Purchase at your own risk

I purchased this item in June to have it on hand when I needed it. Unfortunately, today was the day I needed it. I loaded it in the printer and the printer does not acknowledge that there is toner available. I continue to get a "low toner" error. I wanted to return BUT because ordered back in June, the return window is closed. I am now out of ink and the money spent. I will not purchase again and will only purchase the Canon brand. When looking closely at the cartridge to compare to the original it is a reused cartridge. They had burned off the previous brand name and the little dot below the area wasn't sitting as high as the original. Bad purchase, don't do it, don't waste your money.

This ink cartridge pair is just as good as new, name brand cartridges. I will buy again.

I have purchased these before and have not had an issue. The print quality is okay. This particular order.. I received an open package where the black ink was cut out of its bag and the protective tape was missing. I tried to see if it would work and got an error message from the printer. I had to return the item this time around. I do not think it was the fault of the manufacturer, but instead the warehouse that checks returns. Usually if I purchase a lower cost item, it is just a damaged box, but this time it wasn't the case.
