Excellent Choice
Like the temperature control, heat distribution and it is easy to use. Only wish that it would give a signal/ring/buzzer when the machine reaches it set temperature.

This is a great press especially for the price. My only problem is that if you put it to medium pressure it's very hard to get closed.

No instructions on adjusting temperature
It's OK but you there was no instructions contacted company they sent manual and it does not tell you how to change tempature
