I like to receive my supplements and capsules in a sealed bottle due to hygiene and security reasons.This bottle contains 180 softgels which will last a long time. I am taking two daily. They are so easy to swallow unlike some others which get stuck in the throat. These ones are so soft and thin thats why these easily swallowed.The Omega 3 fish oil capsules are important for me because I don’t get it enough trough my food, so these topup.These softgels don’t have a nasty taste and I don’t smell anything. They don’t put me off at all.highly recommended if you are not getting enough omega 3.

I have been taking fish oil (cod liver oil and/or Omega 3) for many years as I find that they help with my joints which as getting quite bad as I age.I am not a medical expert or nutritionist so cannot confirm or deny the claims of the product except to say that my condition is much the same as when I take other tablets or capsules. These ones are easy to swallow and pleasant to taste with no fishy aftertaste.

Slightly disappointed that these need to be taken twice a day to achieve the 1000mg dosage, as I’d mistakenly thought 180 capsules would last 6 months. But never mind, it’s still 3 months supply for a reasonable price, and these pack in all the right ingredients. Excellent credentials too, very sustainably sourced.I don’t get much of a lemon flavour or scent, but there is a whiff as you open the tub, which is quite pleasant. And these definitely don’t taste of fish, or repeat on you in any nasty way….no fishy burps!All gel capsules like this are rather big so although I don’t have an issue swallowing them, just be aware if you do have trouble, you’ll need a drink with them.Otherwise, as part of my supplements, these are very good quality.

Osavi Omega-3 Fish OilOmega 3 is one of those supplements that I like to take daily, although I do also eat a lot of sardines and other fish which are also a good source of Omega 3. Here we have a large tub of Omega 3 softgels, there are 180 softgels supplied which is enough to keep you supplied for 3 months.The daily dose it to take 2 softgels along with water. The label describes these as capsules but they are definitely softgels. The label also has 30% from sugar cane stamped on the side, it then claims these are sugar free. In fact the claim is that these are: Sugar free, Lactose free, Gluten free, Soy free, GMO free and suitable for Keto.Each dose of 2 softgels provides 2000 mg of fish oil, of which are: 700 mg Omega 3 fatty acids, 360 mg EPA, 240 mg DHA along with 100 mg of other Omega 3 acids.Some forms of fish oil can be a little nasty to take due to the taste and smell of fish, this is often down to the oil becoming rancid. It's always best to refrigerate fish oils to help keep them fresh. This particular fish oil has been treated with lemon flavouring, the lemon flavour is not really evident but it does take away that fishy smell and taste.These are easy to swallow with water as are most softgels as the shell becomes slippery when moist.CONTENTS:180 x SoftgelsThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

I've tried other EU-made products from this Poland-based supplements company and been impressed. This Omega 3 1000mg Fish Oil has all the quality I've come to expect from the brand. As it contains fish oil, it's unsuitable for strict vegetarians and vegans.The opaque screw topped pack I received has a Best Before date of the end of March 2024. As with other Osavi supplements I've had, the pack label is worthy of a mention as it's not cluttered and is easy to read in black on white despite the small print. I say this as someone who's always needing to get out the magnifying glass to read supplement packs.The fish oil in these softgel capsules is sourced from pelagic - non-bottom feeding - fishes from sustainable sources. At the 2 capsules per day serving size, this pack of 180 should last around 3 months. To work out the relative merits of omega 3 supplements, compare the EPA and DHA content. These have a minimum 360mg EPA and minimum 240mg DHA - so not super high strength if that's what you're after but by no means low strength either.With lemon flavouring - no fishy aftertaste - at £9.83 at time of writing these softgels definitely merit consideration if you're interested in taking an omega 3 supplement. The quality's good - and so is the value.

Good capsules, the main thing for me was their components. You can see that the composition is good and well balanced with omegas so that is what you wan to make sure you provide your body with. Plus you get 1000mg which is the gold standard for these.The capsule is big as most products but very easy to swallow since is super smooth. It won't be a problem for an adult.For me the best side is that the capsule doesn't have any fish flavour and for me that's the biggest win of all. You can have these at ease without the nasty effect from fish oil.No side effects and all the goodness of the product. Worth it due to the quality
