definately feel more energetic . Was taking one scroop 3 times daily. mixed in water. It tastes tolerable.

The product was up to standard pure stuff which is hard to find these days.

Well, 'the jury is still out' on whether this herb helps boost my husband's 'energy'....('Will post later update!)(1) When the directions stated to take two scoops daily, I pictured a fairly 'average size' scoop, and figured each bag wouldn't 'last' too long....so I ordered 2....The 'tiniest' little spoon (dollhouse size, perhaps?) is included!Hey, at this rate, it's definitely going to be 'thriftier' than I'd 'thought'!(2) This stuff is 'bitter-tasting' I put 2 tiny spoonfuls in each blender drink I whip up for my hubby daily.'Everything' in there is either bland or (most) very sweet (incl. big scoops of full-sugar ice cream), so his drink tasted sweet.All of a sudden, he started wrinkling up his mouth to say the drink was 'bitter'. The only NEW ingredient in it is this herb. NOW I add 12 or more sweetener packets to his drink, and he usually adds 2 'more' to each cup.The sweetener or sugar ''will' improve the drinks, but just thought you might want to 'know'?

Like most supplements there's nothing to back up claims of improvements and for me this product was ineffective for claims of improved sexual performance. This does not mean that the product is not exactly how the manufacture claims it to be but rather than the internet gossip about Tribulus being effective sexual stimulant are completely false.
