I ordered this after reading a blog from an avid purse maker in Romania. It's exactly as she described.I first used it to make a 2 in wide strap. After I had covered and bonded a cotton to it, I was amazed and pleased at how the Decovil felt like a nice leather strap in the way it would bend and recover. I will be using this in the bottom of purses and anywhere else I need a firmer, structured surface. Really pleased with it!

I read about this product on the website of another bag/purse maker and thought I would try it. Because its not available in the US it was a wait to get it, but WELL WORTH IT. I like this so much more that what I had been using that I had purchased at local fabric stores. Highly recommend if you want structure to your items.

It still has creases, but not bad. Wouldn't buy again at this price - would use peltex instead.

This is a wonderfully study, yet lightweight stabilizer that is easy to work with, yet still adds strength, firmness, and durability to my purse making projects.

Product is great, but they ship it folded in several pieces and creases are very hard to erase.

This is a great product. It is perfect for making wallets and clutches, providing support without too much bulk. The supplier was excellent and my product arrived in perfect condition and almost a week sooner than expected.

If you are going to work with a fabric that needs really firm shaping then this is the product to buy. When you want to make a purse and it needs something more to make it stand up this is the interfacing

I used this to make a wallet and loved the feel of it. It is pliable but did give me the stiffness I needed.

I liked this product but don't try sewing 2 layers together i'ts much too thick. even with a denim needle.
