Q: Where can I get replacement seals for the kids?

I do not think they are available. I contacted the manufacturer and they resolved it promptly to my satisfaction.

Q: Is this a one handed opertion, that is can it be opened with the index finger of your hand are picking it with?

I have 3 of them...2 are easy to open with the side of your index finger, the other one is a bit tougher to open, but they are great cups ;-)

Q: Will this work well for PreK-3 child?

Note sure what PreK-"3" means, but I will say my flip tops (I have a few of these) have been pretty tight, so I'd imagine it might be tough for a young child to open by themself unless they are pretty strong. It's a great cup though!

Q: is it dishwasher safe

Not the painted. Cups, the tops at top rack safe I only. Buy the stainless steel with no paint as they can be. Put. I dishwasher deftly from. My experience.
