Metallic-looking and nice but it is plastic, not metal
I like the shiny silver-like material this emblem is made of but unfortunately, it is plastic and not metal. I've see other metal decals that are hefty and nice. Regardless, this emblem looks the part by sight. It is still very detailed. Time will tell if the silver application stays on and does not chip and fall away with rain and wind.

The adhesive sticks great but is only one strip about 2 inches long angled, looks great and stays on in weather. Good product for price.
