Excellent to help any age with cutting problems.
Essential book in understanding the problem as well as meaningful ways to help teens. This could easily be applied to any age given the nature of the problem itself. Excellent book! Well written and informative.

I had a mom recommend this book to me regarding a patient I was seeing. This book is a good read. Something to at least familiarize yourself with what parents are reading off the market!
