Bought as a spare charger for my Fitbit so I could leave one in my car, one in my office and one on three kitchen.To start with these worked ok. I sometimes had issues getting them connected properly so the Fitbit would only slow charge, but a little fiddling around and they did the job. Mostly.Till today. Attached the charger and left the watch for a bit. Came back 20 mins later to find that not only had it not charged, but the charger had melted!!!That'll be why the watch didn't charge then! 😳I've had these for a while and the other one still works...sort of, so I'm not going to try to return them, but honestly you might be better off buying and actually Fitbit charger.And safer.

This product has a nice long cable (why is the original Fitbit cable so short?), but the long cable is no use if the lead does not properly connect to the watch.The manufacturer clearly knows the problem because it comes with a "manual" explaining how to get around the "low voltage will charge slowly" message. Their solution (try a different outlet) makes no sense because the original cable can get enough volts from the outlet.No, the problem is the shape of the pins (use a magnifier). The pins on the original have flat ends so there is an area of contact to give a good current flow. Take a look at the pins on this product and it's obvious they are hemispherical so a much smaller surface-to-surface contact and therefore a significant electrical resistance. This means there will be poor contact (as some other reviews have said).But gave it an extra star because the cable is a sensible length.

I am absolutely horrified and disgusted! This charger has melted and has broken my fitbit! DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE! If we had been sleeping when this happened we might not be here now as its surely would have caused a fire, it was right by the bed too!

I mislaid the charging lead which came with my Fitbit Sense and so ordered these as a back up. Glad I did as the original has still not appeared. These Kimilar ones work well and the added bonus is that the flex is considerably longer than the branded one, making it easy to use. It is also handy to have two.

This product does fit the fitbit sense but the 4 pins one by one disappear into the black casing so becomes useless. Thrown both away.
