Q: Why isn’t the toy responding to voice commands, no matter how clear or how many times we repeat ourselves?

Please try installing fresh name brand alkaline batteries, and move switch under the remote control to the "on" position, causing the light on top of the remote control to begin flashing. Then open the flap under the pup and move the switch to the "on" position, which should cause the light on the remote control to stop flashing. If this does not work, please contact lfeddor@mgae.com for assistance. Thank you!
