my daughter was thrilled with this watch and it was really inspiring her to learn to tell time! unfortunately she accidentally got it wet, and even though it says it's water resistant up to 10m it completely stopped. i have attempted to contact the seller about a replacement but i have been unable to send the seller a message through the amazon website.

The description says that this has a fancy clasp on it but if you look at the pictures you'll see that it has one of those bands that snaps around the wrist. It's not a traditional watch band. Also the watch part in the middle is not connected to hello kitty face at all. It's fallen out at least a dozen times and I'm shocked that we have not lost it yet. It's only a matter of time before it is lost for good. My daughter does love the watch and wears it every day.

My daughter is obsessed with this watch. The only problem is that the watch face falls out of the hello Kitty face a lot... We lost it recently which is heartbreaking to a child. 😩

Cute watch. Helps my 7 year old to tell time. A little over priced in my opinion. The watch works and easy to wear.

Very cute but the watch didn’t stay in the band and popped out to easily. My daughter wanted to wear it to school but I was afraid she would lose the watch face.

Love the idea of this watch to fit small toddlers but have bought twice and both times the watch stopped working within a month. Second hand just stops and watch no longer works. Disappointing and wasted money on a new battery to try and fix the problem.
