I like this zest. Several months ago I ordered orange zest. Dud’s like it. It came in a big chunks. Grey color. A little smell. It seems like it was over dried. This one I got is great. Chunks are barely noticeable. Bright yellow color. And smell is so delicious. My baking pie was very good.

Since I can't eat oranges due a medical condition, I had to use dried orange peel zest. I use a lot with my baking and wanted to keep some for inventory. I used some and the orangy smell came out wonderfully. Now I know where to get my zests. It's worth keeping in your pantry.

The orange peel granules were clearly not safe to use--they smelled rotten/moldy--hard to explain, but there was a STRONG, putrid smell. No way was I going to attempt to bake with these. Apparently, I'm stuck with this product and will throw it away unused. There's NO ability to request a replacement or a refund. It is SO frustrating to order something on Amazon, and through no fault of your own, it's not usable, returnable or replaceable. How is that okay? I know--it isn't. :(

I have several christmas recipes that call for orange zest. This is perfect. Thank you.
