I bought this for my dad as a gift. I was already disappointed when unboxing the item. It was not packed well as if it has been returned by someone previously. After the second of days of used, the warmer no longer works. Waste of my time and such a disappointment for a gift. If the product works well it would have been a very nice gift to give to someone.

The media could not be loaded.  I am Turkish and love coffee and tea, specially tea, and I like to sip my tea slowly while I am doing my task with my laptop. It works well keeps it hot, and I like the pattern the figure on it and color, like Chinese ceramic, very stylish, I really enjoy having tea coffee with it, it's a nice occasion for me. the boxing is good for gifts also. If you love coffee and tea and like to have it hot, have one.

I got this for my mother who likes her coffee piping hot. Unfortunately it was so hot that she burned her hands-on it so we sent it back

The box came a little bent and “soft” per-say. The box itself could have been made with better cardboard, but the item itself is cute. If the warmer doesn’t work well I will be sure to update this comment! Overall though, super cute and is perfect for a gift for that someone that is always reheating their coffee. (After I make sure this works I will be happy to update this to 5 stars)

I love this warmer, it stays on when the ceramic cup is placed on it and it lights up. So you can see it's on or off. It does keep it at the right temperature to drink. Nicely warm. It doesn't change the coffee taste. No burn! The mug is NOT chipped after many times of using and washing, I use a dishwasher too. Shining and nice bright color. I bought this as a gift but I kept it for myself. Just want to mention, I use the WOOD table and not hot mark no burn nothing it is safe to use!The cup size is around 1.5 cups so it helps to keep your drink warm enough ...Love it worth money. Enjoy....

I bought this as a gift and if I had more time I would send it back and get something else. The item came with water spots on the mug, black markings on the bottom of the base which I couldn’t get off and scratches on the hot area. This item looks like a return and poorly put back together, even the chord wasn’t tied up correctly like someone tried to put it back together. This was advertised as a gift item and now I feel embarrassed to give it to the person. Save your money

Very presentable, comes with a gift box, keeps the drinks warm. I love the look of it. It comes with a fancy spoon to mix your drinks up. Just plug it into any USB port on your laptop or even your phone charger on your desk or even on your car/rv/truck. Loved the turquoise one and bought the white one for the wifey. Will recommend

This product takes forever to become warm. And hot beverage becomes cold on it instead of staying warm.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is good and classy by look. 2 things which need to improve in the product: 1. In Amazon it shows usb enabled heating plate but i got it with normal plug thing.. 2. The heading process takes time
