Red Vines Red & Black Licorice Assortment, 26oz Bag, California Collection, Soft & Chewy Candy

I really would like to see more of the black licorice in the mix. Seems like lately it has been more of the red. I love your product though.

I have not had Red Vines in years but for some reason, I had a craving for them. They are hard to find where I live. When I saw them on Amazon my first reaction was to buy some, however, I thought the price was a bit steep for a bag of candy. I am so glad I caved in a bought these. I was really surprised at how big the bag is and how many pieces of licorice are actually inside! I am one of those few people who like black licorice so I was a tad bit disappointed there weren't more of the black licorice pieces in there, but none the less the candy is really good. I love that it comes in a resealable bag. Helps to keep the product fresh. These are very addicting.

The package I received didn't include a mix. Only had red and black thick twists. Flavor ok, candy is soft. Very disappointed, description said there was a mixture of all 7 classic pieces they have made. Only had a few of bites, no ropes, one fed bar, and no super strings. Very disappointed! Would not recommend. Save your money and just buy a package of twists, they are much better than what is in this California Collection.

It used to be you could get this mix as part of the regular family mix. Now you have to custom order. Had it sent to my Mom for mother's day as her favorite candy and she said it was very fresh and she'll never buy in-store again but will order from here.

I buy this item often. This batch tasted good, but the black licorice portion was “shredded”. There were very few whole pieces. When I say shredded, I mean tiny tiny pieces. All the red licorice was fine. I’ve never gotten packages like this before. Hopefully these two bags just slipped through quality control somehow.

Best licorice out there. I love the variety. My husband goes for the red, and I prefer the black. No after taste, no waxy taste, just good taste!

A lot of the licorice pieces had been mangled. And I bought it because I thought it would be a good mix of red and black, but it only had about 5 pieces of black in it. Disappointing. Next time I'll just buy some red and black separately so I know what I'm getting.
