First one was faulty, but great customer service
I bought this for my dad as an Xmas present. At first my dad thought he was just unlucky and setting the camera in the wrong place. After a month though, he was convinced it was faulty. He contacted the manufacturer and they gave him a number of tests to try. The camera failed all of them. They sent out a new camera and my dad returned the faulty one. The new one worked perfectly first time. I was always told you can’t stop all problems happening, but it’s how they are dealt with is important.

Good little camera
Was surprised with this camera and quite impressed in the quality of the videos. Only downside, and the reason I knocked a star off, it doesn’t record sound, if something is touching the camera it picks up sound but watching the foxes who are about a meter from the camera, it does not pick up their sounds. Otherwise considering it’s an unknown brand really, I’m impressed.

Very helpful seller should a problem arise!
Had a problem with the camera but the seller responded and rectified the problem, going far beyond what I could have expected. One of the best vendors I have ever come accross on Amazon. Camera is good too!

Easy to use.
Easy set up ,and good to have instant replay on the camera. Good quality pictures.probably uses a lot of batteries which is a downside but I didn't want a camera that needed WiFi so it good for me.

Very poor battery life
Fiddly controls and very poor battery life mean this is not used suggest other options are researched before purchase
