I got two of these for my rocking chairs in my enclosed porch for the winter.I got the cheapest ones I could find on here cause I figured they were going to beused in a room where we smoke and was not in the house but in an area I consider tobe more outside even though the porch is enclosed.I expected to receive something cheap feeling kind of like those throw blankets forunder $5 at your local giant chain store.Instead, I got these very nice and soft lined blankets that seemed to be of higher qualitythan I had paid for, in my mind.They heat up nicely and since they are throws and not blankets, I expected them to be small butthey seem to be just fine even when I'll use one indoors while lying down flat.But I'm under 5'4" so it may be a different situation for others.I recommend them for the cost and the quality and they work very well.

I agree with the soft and the plush. It is nicer than most electric blankets that way.But the heat is very subtle even on high. I like that it doesn't feel stiff or rough like many electric blankets feel but I wish that the high setting got warmer.Update December 13th 2021:I look at all of the low star reviews saying that it doesn't heat up and I know why people are saying it. Mine takes at least an hour to get warm. I tested it again tonight during Prime Time and after an hour, I wasn't quite sure that it was warming. But before The Voice ended, it was such a perfect temperature that I fell asleep and don't know how it ended. An hour in, I wasn't sure it was working at all. That is what it is like. I ended up really liking it and I sleep really well with it. But I use it under a comforter so the first hour before it gets warm isn't as frustrating to me.

I got 3 on sale, so I found what I paid to be good value for money. However, if I had paid the $55, I think I would be disappointed. They are a nice size, reasonably soft and decently thick, very much the same as the big box retailers have for around $30. Guess I assumed the name would convey extra quality, maybe it does in the parts you cannot see, but over all, its a basic decent electric throw that will make a good xmas present.

I didn't have super high expectations buying this used for around 40 bucks, but I kind of at least expected a medium warmish blanket. This thing occasionally feels warm and then nothing for a while. Sometimes it seems like you have to search to actually find the heated spot on the blanket.. But as I did not have very high expectations it's better than none at all. It is way too small for me at 6'4 to get any great coverage, so it basically sits at the foot of my bed. The one plus is that my cat seems to at least enjoy it and is sleeping at the foot of my bed more often and that at least makes it worth the purchase. I think in time I will purchase a larger, hotter blanket and will still be able to lay this out for my cats in the future. I would look somewhere else and spend a little extra coin if you are looking for a full size blanket with the ability to get really toasty- I've had electric blankets in the past that you would wake up feeling like you are going to have a heat stroke, and this is definitely NOT that blanket.

It didn't heat up at the bottom of the blanket just the top of the blanket but I'm too lazy to return it so I'm going to keep it and I like the color and I like the softness of the blanket so I'm going to keep it

Bought as a gift for someone up north. They absolutely love it!

Great workmanship. Comfortable and soft. The wires don't bother me.

Great product, anything with Eddie Bauer name is good.
