Excellent value - low cost - same ingredients as kids brand
I love that this is 1mg of Melatonin per gummy so I can easily dose myself. 1mg is enough for me so this bottle makes it a great value, 180 pills is 6 months supply at this rate. Ofcourse, I am aware that I might have to increase the dose once immunity starts occurring but I’d rather start at a minimum. I don’t feel drowsiness the next day. I am kinda upset at children’s melatonin brands that cost 5x times more just because they’re labeled for children. Ingredients are the same.

Taste amazing and work strangely well
I'm so surprised by the reviews saying these taste bad that I had to write a review myself! They actually taste dangerously good, just like fruit snacks. I bought these for my toddler and 10mg ones for me, and for some reason these 1mg ones work WAY better than the stronger ones and now we both take these. I can't say enough good things about them!

Not the best tasting
It does what it says it will do… but I purchased these for my babies and they think the texture and taste are not as pleasing as it cold be hopefully they will correct this because I would buy again if that happens.

Night night vitamins
Kiddo love these vitamins, but I now have her taking 2. She falls asleep more easily but will wake up 6 hours later.
