Smith and Roberson's Business Law

Great book - what you would expect a college law text to be. It is very big and heavy and only varies very slightly from other editions - mostly page numbers and some case studies vary. Very good descriptions and scenarios. I've learned a lot from this book so far! Has the full Constitution in an appendix among other important documents. Highly recommended

This book was the compliment to the upper level business law class at LSU. It gave me an enhanced legal common sense and has helped me in every day business transactions. It covers the uniform commercial code. Interesting book.
