OTTOMATE Zen Connect Pro Smart BLDC with Remote 3 Blade 1200 MM High Speed Ceiling fan (Royal Gold, Pack of 1)

The fan worked well for a few weeks all the modes worked well too but after using the fan in turbo mode it started making sounds and stopped working and took 2 weeks for the service person to come and repair the fan, now its been 6months all works smoothly but the turbo feature which turns off the fan automatically.

I have been chasing the customer support for two months without any resolution. Haven't seen such worse customer support & rude technicians who does not bother to fix the issue. DO NOT BUY this product & brand.Update on 18th Nov 2022, still the issue is not fixed. The customer support called me to say my phone is not reachable and they thought the service is not required.I think they are playing around instead of customer support/service, its almost 2 months and I can't switch on the fan. I would rather prefer a replacement product/unit instead, as the technician who visited last time was the worse I seen in my life. However whatever they do, they should do it quickly not in 2030 or 2050 or as their new year resolution of 2023.Will update here on what happens next, looks like a never ending TV Series for now.

Simple and elegant fan with great air throw, Loved it..!!

I bought 8 Ottomate fans for my new home. 4 of them are of this model.Good:1. BLDC fan technology saves power. That's great.2. Remote control is convenient, though it is confusing to figure out whether to switch on from the remote or the wall switch.Bad:1. One of the fans of this model stopped working altogether.2. Called Ottomate support repeatedly. They promised to send someone within 48hrs but it's been 10+ days now. Deeply disappointed.3. Fans of another (more expensive) model also developed loud grating noise (bearings?) that make them unusable during phone/video calls.WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS product and manufacturer anymore.

The remote does not work properly, right out of the box. Unfortunately my help discarded the box so cannot register the warranty. Prefer atomberg fans. Their remotes work well from a distance. Thought I'd try this brand for a change. Ottomate was a disappointment.
