I have only used the CD a couple times so far. It is very relaxing. I don't think I have used it enough to say I have had a regression but I sure got some good night's sleep from it. LOL. This is not an item that you will have immediate response from. It is a learned process and each time you use it you will find a faster and deeper reaction. The author's voice is very soothing.
