I saw someone wrote about nightmares and someone was like "this doesn't work" - let me help you out. I've been using this for three months and I SLEEP SO WELL on this. Except for the fact it does have more than 'just' melatonin in it - it DOES have the same active ingredient as Benadryl in it so yeah - you are getting lavender, melatonin and Benadryl. There. Now you know. But let me be clear - THIS STUFF WORKS. I don't wake up groggy, I feel good and I'm hypersensitive. I do a lot. Work out a lot. Long days. Now I don't use this every night but I use it a lot and I've checked with my doctor and I won't get addicted to Benadryl. Please. Give me a break. So you can go on and on about what this isn't but they have created a sleep aid that is cheap, puts you to sleep, tastes good and works. They got a nice blend going here. Stop bitching and start sleeping.

I really wanted this to Work.After Years of Insomnia I thought this would do it based on Ingredients.Iv'e tried Melatonin by itself in different doses but always caused Nightmares.First night this did "Nothing" so I tried it again and after several hours finally fell asleep due to Pure Exaustion and had NightTerrors, Different from Nightmares.Luckily Amazon allowed me to return it.I'll keep trying to find "Something" that will allow me to sleep through the night.Wish me Luck...PEACE!!

This is the only product I've found that works to induce sleepiness. I did start having crazy dreams, but I liked them (unlike the nightmares I had when wearing nicotine patches to bed when trying to quit smoking). The one thing I really dislike about this product is that it's very difficult to get the aluminum seal off before first use and the twist cap is a little difficult to get off sometimes. But really trying to get the aluminum seal off of rediculous and I always feel like I'm getting bits of the foil into the product as a result which can't be great for me. They need to get with manufacturing and have them use a less intense glue and put a tab to get the seal started peeling. I could see where the taste wouldn't be for everyone, but I kinda like it.

This really helps me and works in about 20 minutes.

Love this stuff. I switched off the Zzquil with Doxylamine Succinate and couldn't be happier to be off that and on Melatonin. Like a lot of people I had the initial headaches, but those are typically because you are resetting your sleep pattern and mine went away after a few days. I do worry however this stuff is either in short supply or getting discontinued. Seems like a bunch of wholesalers are blowing out a limited inventory with October expiration dates ( when new product dates should be Mar/April 23). Hope I am wrong.
