Bad product
The trimmer stopped working on the very next day the return window had closed. Before that I used the product only once. I even replaced the batteries with new ones. Still it's not working.

This is a faulty product. Does not work at all
When I received thid producy I found that it was not working, I immediately send a email to the amazon costumer care and also to the warrenty holders of VGR (1 YR). Received a very prompt reply from amazon but zero reply from VGR. After six days my husband personally went to their outlet and found that though they were willing to exchange the product, all the new boxes when opened had the same technical issue, which left the person in VGR flabbergasted too. After a lot of persuation they finally replaced the product with a charger one but even that product is not upto par. Waste of money and time. Amazon give excellent costumer service, hence should refrain from putting such products on sell.
