Design flaws
The cap that holds the pod in place would blow off when the pump is activated making a huge mess. Wasted a lot of pods. I gave up. The machine takes a long time to heat the water so making 2 consecutive coffees is impossible. I even purchased a travel kettle to use already boiling water to avoid this problem.
