We would like to suggest to you can use the sealing stamp to seal something, but the it may not use for toilet paper roll.

Would tgis work on soap

Tried it on store bought soap after receiving this question.
Homemade soap may have a different outcome.
This is what I did:
Heated the whole stamp in boiling water, since heating over a flame would/could leave a black film on your soap.
Use a silicone mitt, dish towel or other to hold it with because it will be hot and quickly dry it off before using.
I used different amounts of pressure to test it.
Push too deep and you'll get a round hole with your design imbedded deep inside.
If you don't push hard enough, you'll barely get an outline of the design.
Whatever pressure you need to use for your brand/homemade soap, push it straight in and pull it straight off, DON'T TWIST.
NOTE: Some designs may be harder to show up than others, depending on design detail.
We used ours for our country wedding invitations, but we also went outside of the box with them.
We used them to make dark, milk and white chocolate disks to decorate desserts with by placing stamp sized chocolate dots on parchment paper and pressed it with a chilled stamp coated with a minute amount of oil when the chocolate dots were nearly set.
We also used them to decorate pastry dough.
It worked well when I tried it, but when our wedding came around, the pastry chef didn't press hard enough on most of the pastries and only a vague outline appeared.
Trial and error, my friend.

But, for our wedding, we had silicone molds made for diamond shaped ice cubes, only to find out later that they already sell them on the market.
If you are making homemade soap, you could order molds with your design on them or make your own.
