The quality is better than I expected. Really solid piece of metal, a little bit heavy, but definitely durable and hook up perfectly on my White Lightning strobe.Little down side though, it isn't compatible with my Neewer speedrings, but mount well on my Godox ones. I would most certainly blame neewer for that, as I expect this insert should be compatible with all major brands.

Convertirlas de Bowens a mis luces AlienBeesLo único que yo sugiero es sugerir al vendedor indicar la medida correcta ya que la que ahí notifica, en el anuncio, no coincide. dice ser 5 7/8" pero en realidad es 6", así que tuve que llevarlas a un torno para que hicieran el recorte.De ahí en otra cosa, el producto es de muy buena calidad

Las dimensiones son mayores y no le quedan a unos stripboxes godox, por la urgencia tuve que improvisar y pegarlos con cinta.

While this product is the correct dimensions it is not sturdy. The metal is about have the thickness of other similar units I have.The unit also has sharp edges from being stamped. I had to use a whet stone to soften the edges to prevent cuts to me or to my softboxes.Also, because of the thin dimension my rotation lock would not securely hold the softbox position.I would not purchase another.
