To glue onto paper and cotton fabrics use most craft glues, to glue onto felt use beacon fabric tac, Elmer's craft bond quick dry, to glue onto wood use beacon fabric tac, Elmer's craft bond quick dry, Alene's turban tacky or fabric fusion. This assembled appliqué is constructed of layered felt and rhinestones. The base layer is turquoise blue felt. Layer 2 is lime greenbelt with details in white paint.
