Lacks imagination, uninspiring.
While I appreciate the work that goes into any cookbook, I was very disappointed in this one. (Sorry Liz). Lots of stews, salads, soups, pasta and, to be honest, very lacklustre vegetarian options which beg for more creativity. For eg... a recipie for yoghurt with cut up bananas and strawberries, and a whole page dedicated to 'scrambled egg'! This book, while nicely laid out and well printed just misses the mark (in my opinion) for tasty options such as tofu, temph etc. It bypasses a plethora of seasonings, ingrediants and tastes common to the vegetarian palette. It boasts to the reader not having to rely on pre packaged supermarket made meals but does frequently rely on things such as faux veg meats, minces and pre cooked rice. I would guess by reading this that the author is not vegetarian as it comes accross that way. I found it bland and very basic. Save your money..its not worth it. Just count your own calories.

Five Stars
It gives me a great variety of choice of what meal to plan.

Warning: Recipes may contain meat
When I read "slices of ham" as an ingredient I lost faith returned the book for a refund.
