Faulty Batch? Choking Hazard.
Head broke inside my mouth mid-brush. Choked a bit on the metal piece but it luckily popped out when I coughed. Would like these to be made of higher quality- as the brush and charger (base) unit are still working after years of daily use. Love the product and have recommended it to many- but this is a hazard.

Quality Control Issue / Defective Brush Heads
I've owned my TAO Toothbrush for about 4 years. I most recently ordered the replacement heads in August 202. One of the brush heads was defective and kept falling off. I would have let this slide if this was the first time this happened, but it's not. And looking at other reviews people are having the same problem, so that leads me to believe it is a quality control issue. TAO please FIX IT NOW!!!
