These are super strong. I've been using one of them since I got it and the stretch is still super tight. The ones I purchased from Boxy like 100 years ago didn't last as long but they weren't metallic ones. Not sure if it makes a difference or it's because they aren't real. I also question the authenticity because I didn't receive them wrapped around a piece of plastic as shown. The ones from boxy were and these came in a plastic bag. Also the "L. Erickson" isn't clear on the plastic piece that holds the tie together. I only need to wrap this around my hair twice but I also have thick hair. I will say that wrapped twice is still so tight I get a headache at times. That's all I got.

The bands are perfect for my hair. They stretch perfectly and lasts a long time. I’ve only had to to one since my purchase 4 months ago.
