The Puppet Company - Novelty Lion Golf Club Head Cover

Bought for hubby for Christmas, he loves it.

This is a gorgeous wee Lion head but not for a golf club as described.

I purchased this as a golf club headcover but although it's good quality, it doesn't stay on the club itself so not really fit for purpose and shouldn't be advertised as such.

Great fit for a driver but the sleeve could be longer to stop it coming off.

Ten out ten

Well-made cover but not large enough to take a modern driver such as my Ping. Cover slips off and had to tie it to my bag to avoid losing it. Could be improved with a longer (knitted) neck or a larger aperture in the head.

For a Christmas present

Good quality, but doesn't fit the driver properly, more of a hand puppet than a headcover.

Nice try, but this is not a head cover for clubs. There is even a tag on it: "The Puppet Company." It will not fit even a youth driver head and barely fits a youth hybrid club head. There is no opening in the head of the lion for the head of the club, so the puppet will have to be modified with elastic to stay on. Also, the very loose "elastic" they state that comes in the puppet is at the opening of the puppet, not near where a club head would be. Therefor, it does nothing to hild the puppet in the club. Clearly the elastic is to hold the puppet on one's arm and wrist area.
