Student Workbook for Zettl's Video Basics, 7th (Wadsworth Series in Broadcast and Production)

Great introductory survey to the world of filmmaking. It's kind of annoying that this book comes out with a new edition EVERY year, but it makes sense that it does due to the changing technology in filmmaking. Definitely rent this textbook, I would not recommend purchasing it, as you can always copy down information that you KNOW you're going to need. Additionally, if you learn basics, and later need more specific information, EVERYTHING in this text can be found on the internet.
