Bought two pairs of pink as price reduced, one on Christmas day and another about a week or two later as backups, turned out I needed them as one earphone stopped working the day the others were delivered. Unimpressed I messaged the seller who sent out two free pairs. Every pair has stopped working in one ear and eventually both if given long enough in a little over two months. Disgusting.
