This unit does what it is supposed to do. It provides copious volumes of great tasting drinking water. It recovers very quickly from heavy storage tank draw-down. I am pleased with this purchase.

This water softner is a great deal for the money. It works as described and is very efficient. However, it took extra time and headache to work out a few small problems. I would give 5 stars, but the manufacturer did not use teflon tape on any of the fittings. So be aware that even though it is put together mostly when you get it, I had several small dripping leaks because of this. It was irritating that I had to take the system back apart and drain it to add teflon tape on the fittings that had already been screwed in by the manufacturer. Overall, after a couple days of using the system, I have had no other problems and I am very pleased with the quality of water this system puts out. It isn't too complicated to plumb together. Anyone with a little time and common sense can do this.

I’ve had my system for 3 years. Up until this point I would give the system 3.5 stars. Questionable fittings that felt like they could leak and flood my basement, messy, very wet filter changes. Clutsy setup. But the water was very good. I kept up with filter changes and could live with the imperfections of the system. But recently I bought a year supply of filters again and after the filter change the water was no different than the tap water from my faucet. The filters looked different than the past ones, and they must have been different than them because they didn’t work. I’ve spent probably 12 hours messing with this issue, basically taking apart the entire system and checking everything. I flushed and sanitized the system but nothing worked. The whole time I have been in communication with NU Aqua and they have been the opposite of helpful. Automated responses, and unhelpful advice. In the end they demanded to see a picture of my TDS readings before I changed the filters. Seems like I need a time machine to satisfy them now because I don’t have a picture of that. Without that picture, they won’t help me. I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied now and regret every buying from Nu Aqua

Great filtration system 👏 its easy to install and comes with instructions that anyone can use it even if you can't read 😀 there is the pictures that show each connection in order steps 1 through 10. Would recommend to anyone!

Item arrived in great condition and was easy to install. Had done one many years ago in another home. Water is incredibly clean 9-17 ppm depending upon time it sits, guessing due to oxygen. Our Rain soft R/O never had such good readings or taste. We even use less lemonade powder or other drink mix than before. It produces water fast with no leaks. System was missing a couple of small clips but could still be installed and used. Notified company and they arrived quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend this filter system to another family. PS. filters are incredibly reasonable as compared to Rain soft costs.
