Full gym
Sturdy, I put it together by myself and it took close to an hour, I have no complaints at all. As far as function goes, it's an entire calisthenics gym. Upper body, lower body, push, pull, whatever you need. Hanging abdominal movements work perfectly on it. I love this thing.

Pretty good - but no instructions
There were no instructions. There was no way to contact the seller. The only options provided were exchange or return. So I put it together with the photos on the product page as a guide. I have no idea if parts are missing. Some of the pieces don't make sense, like the main supports are not symmetric where the top piece goes in. Instead they have the smaller and larger holes on the same side. The manufacturer provides you with a pair of "wrenches" to tighten the bolts and nuts. I used the provided tools and they worked fine, but a set of real wrenches will be easier on your hands. It is pretty simple to put together and it is not too bad...not great. It moves around a lot until you are hanging from it, then it moves a little less. So it's not the most sturdy piece of exercise equipment. The location of the dip bars makes it difficult to do any type of pull up that moves to the side, so you're limited to straight up and down in the center exercises. The dip bars have padding, which is nice. The pullup bar has thin rubber grips on the outer handles and a slightly thicker rubber sleeve covering the middle portion of the bar. This is good for gripping and providing a bit of padding for your hands.Adjusting the height is pretty easy. Each side has two bolts to remove to change the height, but they have handles to turn the bolt so you don't need any tools.

You get what you pay for...
...and this is one of the cheapest available. For a reason.Bad machining. Bad welding. Wobbly. Poor ergonomics.Cannot recommend. The door frame pull-up bars are miles ahead of this thing.

Very Sturdy!
I'm more than average height and weight, and I can say that this workout station definitely can handle my build with no issues. It went together pretty easily, and unlike other reviews, I did get directions on how to put mine together.I haven't really tried to adjust the levels yet, but it seems pretty straight forward, so I'm sure it won't be a problem.

Very sturdy
I weigh about 240 my husband is about 310 and let me tell you guys, this workout station is a beast. It could handle my weight from both the top and middle bar; for my husband, he's not very trusting so he sticks to the middle bar but still, I can confidently say it can handle heavy. I use the top bar to stretch by just hanging on it and for the middle bar - I'm slowly working on my dips. The set up was such a breeze and I really appreciate that this is not bulky to where it takes up a huge area in my workout room. Such a great addition to my workout space!
