These cups hold the temperature for hours! Love the quality of this product. This cup has never leaked and you can lock it so it doesn’t open by accident when stored in a purse or bag. It holds the perfect portion of coffee in it’s slim design. It’s easy to hold or pack anywhere because it’s not bulky like many other coffee tumblers. You can tuck it in your purse, backpack, lunch box and easily slides in & out.

This thermos can keep liquid warm all day long - amazing! Very little energy is lost to the environment. Easy to clean and leakproof/dribbleproof. A great product!

I've used Contigo for years ("push button" auto seal ones), but decided to give Zojirushi a try since I like the color, and it's thinner/fits better into my backpack. I like this bottle a lot more than my Contigo, or other bottles with similar design.The bottle is surprisingly light, significantly lighter than contigo. It's also thinner, slightly taller, and appear to be a bit smaller side by side, it also retains heat much much better. It's also a lot easier to clean, I find the stainless steel inside of Contigo difficult to clean (i use mine for tea or coffee, so i use multiple bottles), the inside gets discolored quickly and a lot of scrubbing to clean up. Contigo seems to have non-stick interior that wipes clean easily.Note - I was some what taken aback by the interior since it's a grey-ish color instead of stainless steel. I like it since that's probably a coating that'll prevent coffee from direct contact with metal, but something to keep in mine if coated interior concerns you.

This is my 3rd Z-mug in 6 years. All have been 16 oz bc they pack so easily. As everyone says, it keeps hot liquids hot for hours, reliably flips open and snaps closed, and doesn't leak a drop when locked.My first 2 were black and eventually were badly chipped from using the dishwasher to remove stubborn coffee residue. I now have a better bottle brush. :)I'd call this "dark gray" mug dove gray. It may be from a limited line bc the finish looks powder-coated, the removable mouthpiece is dark gray (rather than beige), and there's no brand name, just the elephant.

This was an upgrade from my previous Thermos mug. The Thermos keep my tea hot just fine, but every couple of weeks I had to fill the mug with boiling water with a teaspoon of TSP, let it sit overnight, then use a bottle brush and spend about 5 minutes getting it clean. This one has a non-stick coating that allows me to simply put in some soap and water, shake it up and it's clean.The mug also does not leak when closed correctly. One thing I would have liked would be for it to be a little larger than the 20 oz. size. While it holds what it claims, when you put a couple of tea bags in it, it can go a little over the top. A little expensive to purchase, but worth it.One thing, in a tribute to either the lack of common sense of the average person, or to short circuit the bottom-feeding lawyers out there who will sue for anything, this mug has a label stuck on the side which says not to scald yourself when drinking hot liquids...DUH!! The also say "not to remove the label"...YEAH, Right! The label is not hard to remove.

This Zojirushi product is light, lean and effective. Keeps the drinks cold, which is what I wanted, and unlike this product's better-known competitor, it does not leak if the Zojirushi happens to inadvertently end up on its side. Excellent product.

I got the Zojirushi SM-WR60EHP and it's been a total game changer. I fill it with cold water from the refrigerator (no ice) and it stays nice and chilled for far longer than the promised 12 hours. It even keeps liquids cold in a hot car during summer. Its easy to wash, light weight and fits in every cup holder. Its so slim it fits in any pocket a 500ml plastic water bottle would. I confess I haven't tried hot beverages in this bottle yet as I've been using this to increase my water in take. This bottle has become my constant companion.

The Zojirushi SM-WR36EAP Stainless Mug in Light Blue is a game-changer for us! My toddler absolutely loves it, and so do I. They should market a protective sleeve for this, including one that covers the lid. Excellent heat retention and they are well designed coming without scratches and blemishes, every time - I am on my 4th one - they ARE EXTREMELY FRAGILE. If you drop it, it will crush and damage, especially the treaded lip if the cover is off. I have never placed it in a dishwasher but they clean up well under the tap and you do need a brush of some sort to really hit all the areas inside. Other than the external finish frequently wearing off (which the company will only apologize for but will not do anything about) the product is excellent. If there is another alternative, given the lack of company support, I'll probably switch over. But until then, I'm content to continue its use, as indicated by repeat purchases!

I got this for my 8 year old to take warm water to school. This bottle keeps my son’s water warm throughout whole day at home and at school, he finds it cute and easy for him to use. It fits perfectly in side pocket of his backpack. Very happy with this purchase!
