How to remove/resize the links: 1. Insert the tool needle into band side with indented hole.(Needles can be broken easly if you insert it into the wrong size)There's an extra needle inside the base of the tool. 2. Keep holding the band in place with your thumb,and gently turn the knob clockwise to push out the pin. 3. Remove or add links to make the band fit your wrist, put the pins back to the slot then knock it on the floor to connect the links. NOTE: Be sure the pin is not blocked by the slot edge on the tool and the needle stays in the hole.

Pretty but doesn't hold properly

Not reliable
I ordered this watchband in the gold and silver. I first wore the silver band but noticed the clasp did not hold and would loosen. I stopped wearing it. I then began using the gold metal watchband. The clasp stayed but it became loose also and I lost my fitbit luxe, which I had just purchased. If you purchase this metal watchband, I recommend you pay close attention to the clasp to make sure it clicks and stays closed.

Latch Stopped Working after only 3-4 weeks!
Latch doesn’t last long. The band is pretty & attaches well to the Fitbit, but after wearing for about 3-4 weeks, the latch stopped holding, the Fitbit would fall off - not good when around bodies of water or swimming! To be fair, I do a lot with my hands I'm pretty rough on the things I own, so if you’re not active with your hands or willing to change to this for elegant occasions, this might still work well for you.

Weird color band
When I opened the package by first thought was I was sent a silver band when I had ordered GOLD but the package was labeled “gold”. This band is not gold, it is close to being, maybe, a rose gold but the color is weirdly silverish. It does not match the gold on the Fitbit face. It was also difficult to understand the directions to remove some of the links. I spent almost an hour removing 2links. I’m not too happy with this band.

Poor quality! Silver coating didn’t last brass metal is visible.
I do not recommend this product the silvercoating didn’t last; it started stripping off inless than a month and the brass metal baseis visible on both sides.

Beware the clasp
The clasp doesn’t stay shut very well. I only use this band for special occasions. It’s a pretty band but I’m afraid of losing my Fitbit. I have that problem with the silicone bands also sometime. They need to come up with some safety clasp or something. I’m trying to come up with some way to secure it better so I can use it more.
