HNHC Heavy Duty Hand Riveter--Black 12-Inch

Seems like strong enough product, but I haven't used it so far, could not find at local building supply store the same size rivets mentioned on this one's box.Was not sure how much leeway these sizes have, between riveter and rivets, and I didn't want to waste money on rivets which may not fit.Then I saw a whole kit of a riveter and starter assortment of matching rivets to fit, for about $20, so I bought that, rather than possibly mismatched rivets for this one.For not a lot more I bought the peace of mind of knowing I have a matched set of riveter and rivets, to just get the job done in one trip, with no hassle, no worry of possibly having to try to return opened, partially used bags of mismatched rivets.This one may be a perfectly decent tool, but I have just not ever used it. If I do, may have to buy matching rivets online from same seller? Too much hassle, had a repair job to do.They need to either use standard size rivets others use, and hardware stores have.Or else if they actually do accept a range of sizes a bit different from what they printed on the box, clarify that it takes a range of sizes, including a little larger or smaller, cuz tolerances are not precise or critical.Now it's an unused tool sitting around while I use locally-bought one.

I bought this with the automotive window regulator pop-rivet kit sold by Amazon as it was shown at the bottom of the page by Amazon as a tool for being used with the kit. But this Riveter is not supplied with the size adapter needed to be used with the larger rivets for the window regulator so it's useless for me.So please beware do not buy it if your thinking of using it with the Window Regulator Hardware Kit sold here on amazon

Worked ok. The rivet adapter was slightly loose on the rivet is was installing. I do like the catch bottle that catches the discarded pin.

Rivet gun broke after about 50 rivets

Works very well. Much better than our other smaller rivet gun.
