Misleading advertising
This laptop is fine for my purposes, and I have no problems with it. However one of the things in the advertising that persuaded me to buy this particular model, was the stated processor speed of 4.2Ghz. This statement is misleading as the base speed (as stated on the Dell website is 2.4Ghz up to 4.2Ghz)

It's Ok
It's Ok but at the price I thought it would be a little bit better. It's reasonably fast but not as fast as I expected, it's not a lot faster then my old lap top!! the keyboard has a nice feel to it and overall I feel the quality at the price is just about ok!

Either damaged or has serious performance issues
This supposedly fast Dell has issues with performance and overheating. I won't buy it again and I am trying to return it. My 3 year old HP Pavilion is better.

not so good
the pc needed repairs within 6mth, images turned blank white and beware of amazon offering cover i sent mine for the repairs and paid the packing and posting of which amazon said they would refund i have had 2 chats with employees of amazon who treated me badly because i am 60 yrs old and i did,nt know how to send proof of delivery by internet, do not take extra cover from amazon they make it difficult and i pay prime but wont be paying prime after this treatment

Excellent laptop, very easy set up
Brought as an extra laptop, delivery superb, great value for money, easy set up and excellent screen quality, very happy indeed with this laptop purchase, I would highly recommend if you want a good one for your home to do all your home stuff on and ideal for shopping too.
