Just buy it!!! You will not regret it. The temperature dial is not an issue, ok it isn’t in the best place, but it’s not a big deal. Promise you, this thing heats up like in mind, it’s like a giant frying pan, just the perfect depth to do curries & stews. But we use it for steaks, fry ups & pretty much every thing that requires frying. We use fry light, as it’s non stick, so very little oil required if any. Switch on & this skillet pan gets super hot. It’s better than my electric hob & on par with high heat gas cooking. Temp control is easy & washing is easy, everything about it is easy. If you’re looking for a super high heat electric giant frying pan, with super quality non stick coating .. this is your pan. There are bigger pans, but the heat on this & the quality is next level!! Perfect for taking anywhere where you have electric hook up, especially out door caravan cooking … it really is a worthy investment.

I have used Electric skillets for years.And now the family have flown the nest, I have opted for this slightly smaller one for myself.The recipes I have are numerous as a skillet is so useful for endless cooking.I love the copper colour, the glass lid, the carry handles all mean it can go from kitchen to table. (Use heat pad underneath.)The easily removable thermostat temperature rod, takes care of all temperatures needed on the dial.I love this one by Bella. Thank you.

Heats up fast as advertised. I can have a meal reheated and plated in under 5 minutes.The contact surface, I'm told by customer services, is not copper, as per the colour, but coated ceramic.It therefore avoids issues with leaching metals into foods, conducive to using copper cookware.Our government should protect consumers from these issues with inadequate cookware materials, but that's what you can expect with a Nazi-aligned government 'under the hat'.I can not comment on the longevity of the skillet.It holds about three days worth of food for one person.You'll be needing a Phillips screwdriver to put the handle together and remember to remove the plastic piece that resembles a washer.

It works well. The build is solid. Im quite happy with this skillet considering the price. I plan on keeping the temperature on 350 or lower to avoid any issues with the probe overheating. It heats up quickly and cleans very easily. The temperature control is hard to use because it is under the handle. On the positive side it is out of the way and less likely to be inadvertently hit or catch on my shirt sleeves.

Having downsized in many areas we decided to down size the electric frying pan as well. We're really pleased with this frying pan. It's no stick coating lives up to the promise, making it a breeze to clean. It heats evenly so there aren't any hot spots where food is getting burned on. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this skillet to replace our old one that was probably literally from the 70's. Every time I washed it and needed to scrub it (nearly every time since it didn't have a non-stick surface) the run off would be tinged a dark grey. I'm thinking it's a layer of metal and that can't be too good for me.This skillet has been a really good replacement and I love it. I have a family of five to cook for and rather than heating up the whole house I use smaller appliances. The skillet is a good size for the larger dishes I need to cook and I appreciate the sturdy double handles that don't get hot during cooking. It's look is quite modern in a retro kind of way and combined with the glass lid it will look nice as a serving dish on the table as well. The price made it a no brainer to at least try it out.First thing I made was chicken stir fry. The warm up was quick and the heat was even, I didn't need to move the chicken around to different areas to make sure it was all cooked well. The veggies moved around like butter. I love the keep it warm temperature setting since stir fry can get cold quickly. My kids fed themselves in shifts like they do so often in the summer making me a happy momma.The clean up was easy. I usually prefer all of my pots and pans be dishwasher safe (I'm a busy mom who doesn't want to do a lot of hand washing) however I decided it might be ok this time since it was non-stick. And I was right! The ceramic non-stick coating meant the gristle from the chicken cleaned up quick and easy. Nothing stuck to the pan, no Brillo pads needed. From start to finish dinner was quick and good which is exactly what I need.While I really like the two big handles they can get splattered by the food and be a little messy to handle, really only an issue if you are using on the table for serving so it is a very small con. I will update later if I change my mind otherwise this was a very good and useful purchase for me. Tonight I will use it to make skillet lemon dill chicken thighs - yum! Will update if it ends up being a bummer of a purchase a little down the road.
