Kindpack Silicone Mold Pans - Thick Silicone

These work best when placed on a cookie sheet (I thought maybe they'd be sturdy enough to sit directly on the oven shelf - maybe, but it didn't feel like it would be easy to remove without messing with the cake structure, so I used baking pans).Which meant I had to carefully arrange the two pans, so as not to touch each other (otherwise one cake would have deformed into an oval).Next time, I'll use two baking sheets (I was cooking lots of layers and needed the oven space for something else, but would definitely use these for good layers, each on their own sheet).They cook very evenly, are super easy to get the cake out, and if you fill them halfway, not only does it make a nice thick layer, there's almost no dome.

I love these silicone pans! Ive bought a couple of different ones so far, and these are by far the best! I've bought some that were too thin, or dented but these are perfect! The are thick quality silicone. Both exactly the same so you get even cakes! You need to put them on another cookie sheet or large pan but that is all silicone. They have little handles on the sides to make it easier to pick them up. And of course they do not stick and the cake is easily removed. I still spray a tiny bit of cooking spray, just in case but it may not even be needed. They are also easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher! What more could you ask for! There was a tiny dome on top of my cakes but less than most pans and easily trimmed off. I attached a photo of a two layer Boston cream pie i made. (also my first attempt at a Boston cream pie! And if i do say so myself, it came out great!)So, i very highly recommend these silicone pans! And i rate them 5 stars for all the reasons stated above! I couldn't find any cons or negatives for these pans. I love them! (I may sound like an infomercial but i was not given anything free -this review is purely based on my opinion, purchase and use of these pans!)

I had one round silicone pan and wanted another one (or 2!) so that I could make impressive birthday cakes for my kids. I should have measured it first- it's 9 inches, and these are 8, so I can't use them all together. Oops. They work well, and I especially like the wider edge. It's helpful for carrying to/from the oven.

I love these! Baking quiche in metal "non-stick" pie pans was very frustrating because some egg still stuck to them (even when using a non-stick spray) &, after scrubbing them a few times, the non-stick surface got worse & worse. Not so with these. I don't have to use any spray at all before pouring in the egg & other ingredients. The quiche comes right out & the pie molds clean very easily. The difference between these & my metal pie plates is night & day. Yes, they're a bit flimsy, but this is a totally different material that prevents sticking so who cares. It works so much better! All you have to do is put the pie mold on a cookie sheet & all is fine. Plus, it's deeper than many pie tins so there's no need to worry about anything cooking over (at least with my recipes).

Admittedly, I've never used these pans for pie or cake. I actually use them to cook Chicago-style deep dish sausage-crust pizzas... and let me tell you, this is one of the best kitchen purchases I've made in the past year. I'm a keto follower, and I hate kitchen work, so cleanup usually sucks. Not with these. No stick whatsoever, and cleanup really couldn't be easier. I just might buy a few more so I can pre-make a whole bunch of pizzas and have them ready to toss in the oven. I'd recommend these to anybody!

The price was reasonable. I love the colors. I love that it came with two utensils and the spoon spatula thing is the best one that I have out of all of them in my drawer. I like that there were handles for me to grab as this type of pan is flimsy! I made keto cakes and they came out amazing today as your email prompted me to use them today, So I could respond and rate it for you! I also liked the fact that they were 9 inch and they were nice and deep. I wasn’t sure when ordering who to order from so I tried you and I feel I made the right choice and I got my moneys worth and I’m very happy with them! Thank You!

So far so good. Pans appear to be exactly what they said they were. I like the handles on the sides so that they are easy to pick up and carry. If they don't do anything too wonky I would give them 5 stars, but often time is what makes the item go from good to great. Hence why not 5 yet :)

These worked really well. Over time we have been eliminating the aluminum in our kitchen. I wanted class or ceramic at first but really couldn't find anything that worked well for a birthday cake. I have silicon cupcake/muffin pans that I like so I decided to give these a shot. The cakes came out great. I made 4 for a layer cake---a couple of the cakes did crack a bit but I don't think that was the cake pans. I did spray them with coconut oil and I think that helps with making it easy to remove the cakes after baking. They are really easy to clean too!

Most silicone baking utensils are of a thin grade and do not give a good baking experience as they distort when you put your dough or cake-mix in them or worse still, go out of shape in the oven so you end up with a wonky cake.These twin identical moulds are perfect because they are of good quality heavier grade silicone and the rim and top handle maintain the shape of the mould in both filling and cooking meaning you get an attractive finish every time.The dishes are deep enough for a wide variety of uses and withstand heat perfectly. One is ideal for baking a substantial fruitcake or use both co create the two decks for a Victoria sponge. I use them for sourdough bread moulds in an extremely hot oven and the results are excellent with no distortion. The handles and rim give them a firmness you don't get with other silicone moulds and makes them easier to put into or take out of the oven. The only disadvantage over metal is because they are silicone you would not want to cut anything in the mould but they are easy to clean and never stick so pies etc are easy to take out and cut freestanding. Since purchase we have use these moulds every day and they absolutely fulfil the need for which they were intended. Highly recommended.

Amazing product. I bought these to make my other-halfs birthday cake this year, I'm still quite a novice baker and heard that silicon moulds are very easy to use. These arrived and I'm really impressed. They are thick silicon and feel really good quality. I like the colour and I think the size is good too. They were easy to pop the cake out, and although I buttered them to help with the non-stick, I'm not sure I really needed to. There were 2 moulds in a pack, and as I was making a 6 tier cake that was very very good value. I also read that with silicon moulds, if you try to push your finger through them very slightly, and they turn white and see though, it means there are impurities in the silicon which could come out in cooking (much like when using plastic)....these seem like pure silicon through and through I'm pleased to say! They feel like they will last for as long as a tin cake mould...forever. So if for any reason I lose them; I'll absolutely buy this product again!

Seriously impressed with these. I was in two minds about buying them but so glad I did. They are excellent quality, strong and durable yet light and flexible. I made a delicious homemade baked vanilla and clementine cheesecake and it came out absolutely perfect! I also made twin layered carrot cake which came out beautifully. No need for grease as the non-stick qualities are perfect. Cleaning is a breeze. Highly recommend these and cannot wait to bake twin layered cakes next!

Only just used and extremely pleased with the result.Lightly greased before putting in cake mixture and it was so easy to remove the baked cake.Particularly like the ‘handles’ that give you something to lift it onto and off the oven shelf.Due to its size, I think you need to make at least a 3 egg sponge.Far superior material than the old metal cake tins!
