I wanted a way to display my jewelry and keep it organized and a jewelry box or bag just wasn't doing it for me. I bought a few different things but this is what I use most. It's great, deceptively large amounts of storing power, and well made. I wanted to anchor it to a wall that wasn't as wide as it is and I was able to drill a new hole without splitting the wood or anything. Easy to assemble and anchors well, though maybe get your own anchors, I did.

My roommate bought this shelf in a different color for her room and I loved the organizational use of the piece. It came in a small but long box and the assembly only required a single screwdriver. The drywall screws were an unnecessary step for my needs but will add much needed support if you indent to put letter items in the shelf. I am focusing primarily on lightweight items so I installed the shelf with two long screws which were provided in the kit and it holds up just fine!The pictures make it look too bulky and soulless for my taste but it is all about how you apply your jewelry onto the shelf. I chose more golden, pink, and warm colors to brighten the mood and it does wonders when you step away. A small plant and hair clips fit perfectly on top and a mirror near by makes a great addition for getting ready in the morning.Love this item so much, perfect addition to a bedroom when you realize you spend too much time untangling your necklaces and looking for a matching earring.

I really like the way it looks on the wall but I had to have my husband install it. It required a drill not only for the wall but to assemble it as well. The 'wood' is very light weight so not sure if it is real or not but I would argue that the lightness reduces the stress on the wall so I'm ok if it means its not "real wood". I was going to give it 5 stars because it is exactly what I needed but it was not really easy to install but it was still easy enough I would still recommend someone to get it.

I like everything about this shelf. All the good reviews seem to be accurate to me. I’m not really a handy woman, and I was able to drill it into my wood panel wall. Be careful with the directions. They said to drill 11 inches apart, I double checked the shelf, and it was actually 12 and 1/8 inch apart.

Easy to put together. Pretty sturdy. Definitely would not put many heavy things on the shelf part up top but it does it’s job at holding jewelry well
