I absolutely love this label printer. Easy to install with the laptop and computer. I have worked out easily how to design the labels and set to print 15... done perfectly in literally a few seconds! This is fantastic for my business needs especially business and postage labels and will definitely buy again once I've truly worn it out and 100% recommend to anyone needing to print labels. My daughter wanted some with her name so we did them too.

Hi, the printer is very easy to use, software installation very quick. There is only one problem I got - maybe i’m Doing something wrong. Why the pictures are not printed completely, as shown in the photo? I created a label in Canva, tried to save it as Both png and PDF, but they are both printed the same. Could you please let me know if there’s something else I should know? Thanks

The media could not be loaded. This is how the printer arrived, already with a printed label stuck inside and the installation drive is missing. I cannot use this, please help. Can I get a link to download it and see if this works? I struggle to find it on the website. Otherwise I will have to request a return.

Hi I think there. Was ment to be a usb with files on it so I can use samples but I did not receive the USB?

Got this for my Etsy store to print Royal Mail labels and it makes it so much easier than having to go to the post office every time I'm sending orders off. Easy to set up and install and the colour is really cute. Print quality could be a little bit better but for postage labels this deffo does the job.

Me encanta la calidad de impresión es excelente. No imprime torcido como otras marcas . La edición desde el programa de pc es muy completo y es muy fácil.Cuesta un poco la instalación, pero no te desesperes. Hay tutoriales en internet .Imprime muchos tamaños , en mi video veras pegatinas de 24 mm .En el programa de ordenador para diseñar tus etiquetas te salen todas las fuentes instaladas en tu pc , por lo que si haces pegatinas para tu negocio , podrás hacerlo con tus fuentes , logo , texto y todo lo que quieras .Sin duda volvería a repetir mi compra .

Nonostante sia necessario seguire le istruzioni per la prima installazione, la stampante è facile da utilizzare. In dotazione viene fornita anche una decina di etichette del formato da spedizione utilizzate da UPS su cui si possono fare le prime prove di stampa.Per un risultato ottimale è necessario utilizzare un lettore di pdf tipo Adobe Acrobat su cui ritagliare l'immagine da stampare, da lettori online il procedimento di stampa è un po' più complesso.Una volta imparato come utilizzare la stampante, il processo è davvero rapido e la stampa non richiede più di un paio di secondi.Oltre ad etichette singole, si possono utilizzare comodamente rotoli di etichette che, con il taglierino presente sulla porta di uscita della stampante è possibile dividere come fosse uno scontrino.Visto il prezzo decisamente economico rispetto ad alcune concorrenti, ritengo che il prodotto sia molto valido e la qualità di stampa ottima. Personalmente ad ora l'ho utilizzata solamente per stampare etichette di spedizione ed è successo soltanto un paio di volte che l'etichetta venisse stampata con qualche puntino bianco sul codice a barre, che però al momento della scannerizzazione non ha dato alcun problema.

I failed with another thermal printer and returned it.The I ordered this product to test first, since the price was cheaper compared to another printer I've tried earlier. But printing quality is really clear and the speed is also fast.Only one little thing I disapponted is that additional labels and paper holder are not included.I can recommend this to any small business owner. You won't regret with this.

Bonne imprimante mais impression pas cadrée. Apparemment il faut utiliser une application mais je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de le faire

Es rápida, sencilla de manejar y buena calidad de impresión.Le pongo 4 estrellas porque no lleva instrucciones en español y no se puede conectar con la tablet ni por bluetooth ni por cable. Solo al móvil y/o portátil. Por el resto, genial. Buena compra
