Not your average pillow
Looks unconventional, works really well !!!

Unusual shape works well.
Very supportive for the neck. Good value. The only downside is it is a small pillow, and doesn't fill the pillow slip properly. Worth the money though.

Firm and small
This pillow is quite small but stays firm and is comfortable. I no longer use for my head as it hurt my neck but I use between the knees and love it

Generally OK, softness is fine but can be softer. A bit too thick and high for my head but would suit others. The cover is made of the velvet-like material which looks cheap and catches particles easily (attached is photo when it was brand new out of the bag - already collected some garment dirts)

terrible experience and low quality
this is terrible! it is low quality and if you will return..it will cost you 3 times because it is not free returned as i thought...Don't ever try this product..not deserved even 1 star rating!!!!!
