On par with others I've used
I'll be using this in my hoophouse and while it hasn't got cold enough for it yet I expect it will do the job. Once it arrived I was worried that it might be too thin so i ordered some 1 5 ounce stuff from another brand. Honestly there is little to no difference between the two. Either this is super nice or the other brand is inferior. Old man winter will have the deciding vote.

Highly recommend
The freeze covers are not as thick or sealed as frost blankets ordered from other companies that protect down to 22-23 degrees F, but they’re very easy to install over tall tomato plants and work efficiently to 27-28 degrees. The zippers are not effective as they rip easily, but the ties as the bottoms to seal away from wind was an added bonus. RECOMMEND as a Zone 6 30-year gardener.

Utterly Destroyed!!
I bought these for my dragonfruit plants to protect them in the winters here in Northern California. While they are large and cover the plants, they are difficult to install. Also, when the winds kicked up, in conbination witht he rain, they were completely destroyed. I now have 5 of these things laying shredded around the base of each planter while the plants are being frosted into oblivion. maybe next time I'll just stick with something easy like burlap...

Saved my plants!
I bought this to prep for a winter storm last year. It worked! I used it to cover plants in pots and all my herbs and strawberries survived the winter.

Effective to 35 degrees
Claims it’s “effective protection from frost and cold weather.” Since we’re expecting temperatures in the 20’s, this was a waste of money.

Protective plant covers for a freeze
Love these because I can keep them over the plant beds for a monthThe plants still get light and rain through.

Very ungainly to maneuver, looked baggy and one seam came unsewn the only time it was used.
Not happy with looks or quality of product even though it did protect from frost.
