Bought this bed for my 50lb border collie mix. I put it inside her crate, where she sleeps at night. It's not a perfect fit - it would be nice if these were actually standard crate sizes (width is good, it's just a bit long). It works for me though b/c she's never locked in her create, the door just stays open and so it hangs out the entrance and it's no big deal.The bed seems to be very comfortable. My dog definitely gets up less with this bed than she did previously with her cheap liner in there. She used to get up in the middle of the night and go sleep on the couch (which she's allowed to do :)). But she doesn't seem to do that since getting this bed. When I wake up in the morning, she's lounging happily in her crate and is never in a hurry to get up.The waterproof liner is a bit rustly sounding - I can hear her moving around when she's settling in, but it's not obnoxiously loud. The main reason for only 4 stars is that the waterproof liner zipper broke within a couple of months. My dog is not a chewer or destructive either so it clearly just defective. The first time I went to take the suede cover off to wash it, I discovered the waterproof cover was not closed at all - the zipper is busted, it had slipped back a few inches on the bed, so it's really no longer waterproof. Luckily I didn't have a potty training puppy in there or I'd be far more annoyed by this. I may contact customer service to see about getting another one though. Overall, 5 stars for comfort and overall a good value - the suede cover is nice, I like that it's easy to wash and doesn't collect massive amounts of hair.

If you follow the directions to a T and have some patience, you will be very pleased. Our Thor spends most the night in his bed, by his choice. It took him a little longer to adapt, but he loves his new bed!!!

I ordered the 47x29 to fit the crate that my fur babies sleep in. Fits like a glove, just perfect. Ordered it on 2/11/24, it arrived 2/14/24. When I opened the box (very carefully) I noticed a sizable tear in the foam. My husband emailed customer service and within just a couple hours he received an email back stating that they would send us out a replacement. Which arrived just over a week later. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thank you.

Loved how easily the foam just folded in half and slid right into the cover. The dense quality foam in this bed is far superior to other beds we've tried for our 75lb collie. He walked in, dropped down and was fast asleep in a flash. Very satisfied with this bed.

Instructions tell you to cut a circle at the top as the foam padding is vaccuum sealed and warms you not to accidentally cut the foam. Followed instructions, didn’t cut the foam, opened it up to my surprise and the foam was already cut in two pieces. Sadly it is not a too big to package up and return. Hopefully the two piece stay together and it lasts awhile once I get the cover over it.
