Got this to hold may large water bottle to my molle back pack. This allows for more room in the pack. The quality of the holder is nice and the snaps on the back seem to hold really strong.

This is a super simple, durable and affordable product. Exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes I don't have enough bag space for bottles, so attaching them on the outside is a perfect compromise. I routinely carry up to a 1.5L bottles (quite large) or as small as 20oz bottles and it holds them all with no issues. This system also makes it very easy to access your water vs having to dig it out of your backpack. The straps included make it to where you can sling it over your shoulder, too. A few things other people pointed out as problems that aren't actually issues: One said the product causes your bottle to swing/sway while walking - Not true - I have it attached through two straps and it stays put (trust me, if it didn't, I would also complain). Another customer complaint: There are too many/too long straps.. You realize you can adjust and cut them right? Personally, I just thread them through the loops and they remain hidden from view. The great thing about this rig is that you can customize it to your needs, so some of the negative reviews are from people lacking common sense. Sometimes my hikes can be very harsh on my gear, so this stuff needs to be able to keep up with me. If it didn't, I wouldn't be giving it a good review. I bought two of these and would definitely buy again in the future if needed.

The holder works well, I can fit a 24oz water bottle with plenty of room to spare, a 1 liter bottle would fit easily. Color is nice, matches the rest of my coyote brown gear, materials seem to be decent as well.The reason this is a 4 star review is that the seam work is mediocre, there was a lot of loose strands that popped up just by messing with the holder, putting a bottle in it and adjusting, etc. Overall, nothing that couldn't be fixed with a lighter and some time. Mounted this in my UTV to hold a JBL wireless speaker and it works very well.

It functions well, however the straps kind of just hang if you have a thinner bottle. If you work in Security or tight places the straps can get caught or pulled easily.

This held my 40 oz canteen just fine and the drawstring on top held it in place. It didn’t flop around too badly when strapped to my backpack, but without full utilization of the Molle strap system by providing additional loops to secure it, I’m concerned that over time the backpack’s loops will sag or tear due to repeated stress from the weight of a full bottle.Also, the adjustable straps for holding the bottle itself seemed to work loose since they’re merely adjustable and don’t lock down in any way. I noticed I couldn’t tighten them as much after placing the bottle in the straps, and if they did work loose the bottle would start sagging out. The material held up on a week-long trip, though, so no complaints there.
