I took a chance on this because it's a big purchase and there were no reviews yet, and so far I couldn't be happier. We have an insanely fluffy Persian who generally does NOT like being blow-dried. He took about an hour and 15 minutes to go from soaking wet to dry, on medium airflow and 36 degrees Celsius. These are not the max settings because I didn't want to freak him out the first time, but he'll do fine later with the max settings... and his fur is SUPER thick and long, so it was a reasonable amount of time. He actually seemed to enjoy it once he got used to it. Very convenient, the noise was reasonable, seems like a high-quality dryer, all the touch-sensitive buttons work fine... I'm hooked and based on this first use, I'd definitely recommend it!

This is the best cat dryer anywhere!

the door doesnt close properly - when my dog is in drying they can literally lean against the door and it opens. Its scary because it scared both me and my shih tzu when it first happened. Anyone that trains dogs know that this type of experience can stop them from going back in the future. The door needs to lock more securely.

I was skeptical to buy this box dryer and I’m glad I did, high quality dryer, it takes about 90 mins to dry a cat, the noise does not bother my cat, I highly recommend this box dryer if you bath your own cat “I have 6 cats”, no more vacuuming the house as there’s no hairs frying all over my face and house. Customer service is wonderful, send me a tray for free of charge!

1. Too much noise even if I set the fan to the lowest level.2. The noise scares my cat, the cat crazy scratches in it, and the cat's claws are prone to injury and bleeding.3. There are no eight screws in the package, and there is no way to install the wheels at all.
