Q: does the hardware come with it? or where can I get the hardware for it

The hardware does not come with it, but I ordered it on Amazon. I did a search for 'hanging punching bag hardware' since those also need to hold a decent amount of weight. It's worked like a charm, & has kept our HugglePod in the air! Good luck!

Q: how do you hang this product? I'm redoing my daughters room and we have limited space but she wants this so bad. I don't want her to fall on her butt!

We bought a heavy-duty eyebolt, a D-ring, and a porch-swing spring from Home Depot. You'll also want to be sure that you get it into a stud, since there's no way that drywall would hold up to the weight of a person-even a little one!
