The fit seems great at first but as soon as your dog moves around a little your constantly adjusting it. I also did not see any benefit after an overnight wear like it’s “back on track” that this uses the same technology

Bought this for my little dog, who suffers anxiety when any company comes to the house. Sadly this vest made no difference.

This was a life saver for my shar pei . All night fits if she had a flare up. With this shirt maybe 30 minutes of absolutes crazy running, panting etc. I wish I had bought one a long time ago.

Similar to the famous thunder shirt, I like the fabric of this comfort shirt better. It seems very lightweight. The price is comparable to the Thunder Shirt, so that is about the same. We have used a thunder shirt in the past, that a neighbor let us use, but it was too small.Last night, I had an occasion to use this shirt for the first time. We had rain and thunder and my 2-year-old dog went ballistic. This happened July 4th and the vet recommended Xanax, which is what we used. I didn't like the idea, but I was desperate. Now we have the therapeutic anxiety shirt. First, I have to admit that I wasn't crazy about having to put his two legs into the cutouts. After we got past that, I was unsure of how to wrap it. I think I was a little rattled because, at that point, he was already in panic mode. Now that it is daylight and he is in his calmer stage, I get it.Although he doesn't suffer from any chronic pains, I think I will still get years of use out of this shirt. The key component to this shirt (if you are using it for loud noises) is to get the shirt on in advance, not in the middle of his anxiety attack. Overall, a good shirt and again, I love how lightweight it is.
