Q: Do you have a bottom plate to seal it better? Is there something we can screw it to ?

I used a piece of 3/8 plywood, sealed it with spar varnish and screwed it to that. I'm sure there are better ways bur thus serve my purpose.

Q: There are holes on the base and they look liked they were designed to connect to something. But what are they designed to fit?to fit

I am not100% sure. I would assume if you wanted to secure ssomewhere.. however, we just used it as a rise from the ground and protector from the rain and snow. We have since moved and are not using it right now. I will tell you that when we needed it we had used 2 adapters.. 50-30-110.. it was a very tight fit.. if i didnt need the adapters it would have been better. It survived rain, snow and the occasional horse kicking it.

Q: can you purchase a waterroof cover to go over the male/female connector ?

This isn't deep enough to cover the RV plug; and definitely isn't waterproof. I do not reccomend this purchase!
